Langkawi Island Hopping

Overview

Our most popular tour and the easiest way to see Langkawi from the water. You travel by covered speedboat with a local guide and never more than 12 guests.

Swim in the freshwater Lake of the Pregnant Maiden on Pulau Dayang Bunting, watch Brahminy kites and white-bellied sea eagles swoop for fish near Pulau Singa Besar, then finish with free time on the sandbanks of Pulau Beras Basah.

Itinerary

2. 0:30 — Pulau Dayang BuntingShort walk to the lake; swimming and pedal boats (pedal boats paid locally).
3. 1:45 — Eagle watchingOur boat stops near Pulau Singa Besar to watch the eagles.
4. 2:30 — Pulau Beras BasahFree time for swimming and photos on a white-sand beach.
5. 4:00 — Back at Pantai Cenang

What's included

Meeting point and pickup

Meeting point: Pulau Escapes kiosk, Pantai Cenang beachfront, Langkawi. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Pickup: Optional hotel transfer: RM 30 per person return, from hotels in Pantai Cenang, Pantai Tengah and Kuah.

What to bring

• Swimwear and a towel
• Reef-safe sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
• A dry bag or plastic bag for your phone
• Cash for snacks at the islands

Age and group size

Minimum age: 3 years. Child price applies to ages 4–11. Maximum group size: 12 guests.

Good to know

• Not suitable for guests with recent back injuries or in late pregnancy (speedboat ride).
• The lake is a freshwater swim with no lifeguard; life jackets are provided.

Cancellation policy

Free date change up to 72 hours before. Cancel more than 7 days before: full refund minus a RM 20 fee. 3–7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours: no refund. Full policy

Weather policy

If we cancel because of weather or sea conditions, you choose: a full refund or a free reschedule. The boat captain makes the safety call, and we tell you as early as possible — usually by 18:00 the evening before.

Payment

Pay a 30% deposit to confirm by FPX online banking or Visa / Mastercard. The balance is due 7 days before the tour; bookings made less than 7 days ahead are paid in full.
