Overview
Always wanted to try scuba? This half-day introduction is run by certified instructors, with no more than 4 guests per instructor (8 per session).
After a short theory session and skills practice in waist-deep water, you make one guided boat dive on a sheltered reef to a maximum depth of 12 metres. Good swimmers get the most out of it, but you do not need to be a strong swimmer.
Seasonal tour: East coast islands (Perhentian, Redang, Tioman) are closed during the northeast monsoon. These tours run from 1 March to 31 October only and do not operate from November to February.
